Robertson Family Reunion

August 2-4 was our 2nd official DJ (Don and Janice--my mom and dad) Robertson reunion.  We went to Steamboat Springs and stayed in our timeshare condos.  Overall it was a wonderful time and I loved getting to spend time with my whole family, especially my brother, Scott's family, who lives in Texas, and my little brother, Mike's family, who live in the Bay area.
I'll let the pictures do most of the talking:
Stopped by the Vernal temple for a quick pic on the way
We went on the Alpine Slide our first day; This is most of the Texas Robertsons
My family plus my brother Mike and my dad
 Riding up the chairlift
 Ready to go!

Ashley was a little nervous, but as you can see, she had a BLAST!
My favorite part was all the time Emily got to spend with her cousin, Elise, that she's only met once before.  They're the same age, so they became best buds real fast.  Loved it!!
Ashley really bonded with her cousin, Brittany, from Texas and her cousin, Hailey that lives in Lehi.
It's not very often that you see your divorced parents, not only both coming to the family reunion, but hiking together on our family hike.  Priceless!!
Em and Elise holding hands while on the hike
 Brittany, Ashley, and Hailey

My precious family at the waterfall

All the Robertson family grandkids, and we found out that one more will soon be added to this group!  Congrats, Mike and Candace!
 Ashley lovin' the wildlife

It's so hard to say goodbye!

 Ty loving our deck
Ashley, as always, loving her grandpa!
And the Day family can't go anywhere and not swim, at least once or three times :-) a day!

We went a second day for the Alpine slide, it was so fun.  Today Ashley was really brave and she rode on her own slide.  She did fantastic!
Tyler wasn't big enough to ride, so he just chilled in his stroller being a happy boy

By the Alpine slide were some horses that you could take on a guided tour.  Kenny caved and let Emily go on one.  They had an absolute blast and Emily couldn't stop talking about it for days.  I guess the price was worth it. :)

We also went to this huge floral garden park and saw all kinds of neat flowers and plants.
These were our favorites because they were like in Princess and the Frog.  Way cool!
 My sweet boy!!
 A fun statue

We had a blast!  We'd never been, but will definitely go back to Steamboat Springs!  What a fun week we had there as our last hurrah of summer!
