Ashley's Reflections 2014-2015

Ashley chose to do a reflections entry for the first time in 2nd grade and chose to do a dance to the song "Try" by Colbie Caillat.  She won her category at our school and won for our PG region. I was SO proud of her for following through with something and doing such a fantastic job on her entry. Way to go, Ash!

When she won at our school
When she won at our city level

Posing with our principal and our PTA president

We're so proud of you, Ashley!!

Legoland and Sea World Christmas 2014

After our first Christmas without my dad, we immediately went down to San Diego to use our Legoland and Sea World passes before they expired. It is always weird being there without my dad, but each time gets just a tiny bit easier. We sure missed him at Sea World and missed staying at his house (especially because our hotel was a little scary!) but we managed to have a great time!

Tyler loved these eels so much. He wouldn't ever let them go. We ended up buying one for him, he loved it so much!
I love this family of mine!!

I think she enjoyed her ice cream ;-)

The CRAZY claw ride at Legoland!
 Giant pretzels!!

Both Sea World and Legoland have a "snow" world so you can experience snow. The kids liked that we could wear shorts while sledding. :-)

Tyler ws loving R2D2 at that time. He called him Baby D2. So cute!!

Loved this! Ashley wrote Sanndy Agoe because of Granpa R (we all sure love and miss him!!)

Can you see me mom? ;-)

Meeting the Lego friends--awesome!

Kenny and Emily LOVE the fish that nibble on your hands at Sea World. They could stay there for ages.
