Mickey Trick or Treating

During our Disneyland trip we splurged and got tickets for the Mickey trick-or-treating.  They close down the park and open it only for those with these tickets and then set up a BUNCH of trick-or-treating places, have characters dressed up in costumes, do a special Halloween parade, and special Halloween fireworks.  It was expensive, but SO worth it.  Everyone had a blast and we got over 50 pounds of candy!!  It was AWESOME!! :)

Dressed up and ready for candy--Emily's a character from a book, the purple princess wins a prize; Ashley's Merida, and Tyler's a dragon

Notice their little trick or treat bags we were given; yea, they were filled up after our first stop so we just kept dumping them into bigger bags over and over and over again.  Yea for candy!! :-)

Some of the cool extra decorations they put up for that night.
They had these cool shadow shapes on the ground

The castle was like a beating heart; cool!
The rides were all pretty much walk ons
Blurry but cool decoration at the Rivers of America
Pooh dressed up as a honeybee
Random people were dressed up too; this lady dressed as the wicked queen was nice enough to let us take a picture with her
We also got to meet Merida without much of a wait.
Especially cool for Ashley since she was Merida
 Winking back at Mickey
 Ty was all tuckered out.

We sure had fun; it was a wonderful night!
